Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

• You may cancel your AfterWife AI subscription at any time.
• AfterWife AI does not charge cancellation fees.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of that billing period, and you will not be charged for another subscription period after your cancellation takes effect.
• You may cancel using the subscription-management option provided through the Service or by contacting us at [email protected].

2. Refunds

• AfterWife AI subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law.
• Technical problems caused by a subscriber's internet connection, device, browser, software, network, or other systems outside AfterWife AI's reasonable control do not qualify as a service failure.
• We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
• If you believe you were charged in error, or if a significant technical failure within the AfterWife AI service prevented you from accessing or using the Service, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.

3. Account Termination by AfterWife AI

• If AfterWife AI terminates your account because of a material violation of the Terms of Use, fraudulent or unlawful activity, misuse of the Service, or another reason permitted under the Terms of Use, you generally will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
• If AfterWife AI permanently discontinues the paid Service and subscribers are unable to use prepaid subscription time, AfterWife will provide an appropriate refund or credit for the unused prepaid period, as required by applicable law and the circumstances of the discontinuation.
